Generally speaking, your first year of study will cover the practical skills you will need to enter the industry. This includes role playing for customer service, travel documentation requirements, and much more.

In the second year, the focus is more on theory. This is the time to learn about areas such as marketing, human resources, and management, as well as the important topic of sustainability in tourism.
